Hear from the music industry's best in one weekend. Get the tools for success and see how everyone else does it. Areas include: Music Technology, Song Writing, Touring, Media, Marketing and more.

 

Tempo launches on Friday 30th November at 6pm with guest speakers Roger Shepherd who put NZ on the indie map with his label Flying Nun, discovering major bands The Chills, The Clean, Bailterspace and now The Mint Chicks. As well as Pitch Black one of NZ's favourite electronic dub duos soon to relocate overseas and currently sitting in second place on the Independent Album Chart. There will be performances throughout the night from The Gills, and singer-songwriter Zoe Cook.

                Tough questions and reality checks. Panel                         discussion featuring Dirty Records,                                 Independent Music NZ and Tom Dalton                     manager for The Datsuns, Jakob, Pluto and                     Anika Moa.
