| Marian Catholic School is hosting their biannual Art Auction. An evening to celebrate children's art work and to raise money for the school. They are presently seeking artists who would like their work to be included in the auction. Artists will be charged a 25% commission on all items sold.

| The V 48 Hours is back again, for its 5th year in Hamilton. Registrations are open now until early April. Shoot weekend is the 16 - 18th of April.
2 days to write, shoot, cut and survive in the fast paced world of competition film making.

| Cantando is a large unauditioned community choir. The first concert for 2010 is ANZAC Reflections on 25 April. The cut-off date for joining the choir to sing in this concert is 16 Feb.

| Fieldays No.8 Wire National Art Award 2010 |
| Launched in 1997, the annual awards challenge artists to create a sculpture from No 8. Wire and has become renowned for the ingenious and unique entries it attracts.
